Help me organise my inbox by reviewing my emails from Outlook. First, review my inbox from the last 24 hours and show me a summary: • Total number of emails and a rough breakdown • Any emails from my manager or my management chain • Any urgent emails (look at the subject, contents, and whether it is marked as high importance) Let’s do a basic triage of each email. Ask me before making any changes. After we complete the last 24 hours, offer to review the last few days (or weeks) of emails.
Cowork takes on the whole multi-step task in the background, then hands you a finished plan to share.
Your trial converts to paid licences automatically unless it is cancelled, and Microsoft needs 7 days’ notice. Email us your results and we’ll help you decide which users should keep Copilot.
Based on the prompts you’ve ticked off and the time you estimated for each one. Email it to IT.ie (or your manager) when you review the trial.
Champions are the people who show everyone else what Copilot can do. Finish the four weeks and you’re one of them.

Stuck on something? These cover the questions we hear most during a trial. For anything else, call us free on 1800 353 353 or email hello@it.ie.
Look for the Copilot button in the ribbon of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and in Teams meetings and chats. You can also use Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat at m365.cloud.microsoft/chat. Make sure you are signed in with your work account.
Your Copilot licence may not be assigned yet, or your apps may need an update and a restart. It can take a little while for Copilot to appear after a licence is assigned. If it still isn’t there, ask your IT admin or contact IT.ie on 1800 353 353.
Typing / in a Copilot prompt lets you point it at a specific file, person or meeting. Where a prompt shows /[person] or /[document], type / and pick the one you want.
No. The order builds up gradually, but you can jump to any prompt that suits the work in front of you. Ticking off prompts on this page is saved in your browser so you can pick up where you left off.
Copilot needs a meeting transcript to recap a meeting. Turn on recording or transcription when the meeting starts, or ask the organiser to, and Copilot can then recap it during and after the call.
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside your organisation’s Microsoft 365 environment and only shows you content you already have permission to see. Your prompts and responses are not used to train the underlying AI models. Always review what Copilot produces before you share it.
Your organisation decides whether to keep Copilot. The trial converts to paid licences automatically unless it is cancelled, and Microsoft needs at least 7 days’ notice before it ends. IT.ie reviews the results with you before then.
