Corporate Social Responsibility

Think Globally, Act Locally

Our Corporate Social Responsibility

At we believe in being good corporate citizens so that we may benefit our clients, or employees and our community. As a Guaranteed Irish member, we also work hard to live up to its ethos to provide quality jobs, support local communities and are committed to Irish provenance.

Some of our ongoing initiatives include the sponsorship of local sports clubs that are an integral part of the local community and its culture. We are currently undertaking a fundraising effort whereby volunteers from will take on a 2,400Km challenge to raise money for the development of the Finglas West Family Resource Centre (Barnardos).

As part of our de-carbonisation goal for 2025 we are working hard to reduce our CO2 emissions. To date we have replaced 50% of our diesel fleet with fully electric vehicles and we are also investigating ways to de-carbonise our premises and the way we carry out our operations.

Our Four Pillars To Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) isn’t just for the big boys. CSR in the SME’s sector provides valuable contributions to local communities including local employment, sponsorship and fundraising.

We don't simply want to be in your community, we want to be part of it. That's why we proudly support a number of sports teams that represent local communities.

Relationships with our customers, suppliers and partners is a cornerstone of our business practices. We ensure that at every level of our business, we are transparent and ethical in all manner of business dealings.

We want to attract and retain the right talent and therefore are committed to good workplace practices. We operate a policy of equality and diversity across all departments and encourage a collaborative working environment where the wellbeing of all team members is paramount.

We are continually looking for ways to mitigate our impact on the environment with robust waste management practices, the elimination of single use plastics in our offices and a plan to replace our fleet with electric vehicles, starting in 2020
