At IT.ie, our customer-centric attitude is driven by a team of dedicated IT professionals. Founded in 2004 by Eamon Gallagher, we began as PCtechnix, providing break/fix IT services to small businesses in Dublin. As the demand for remote and helpdesk support increased, we launched remotesupport.ie in 2008. By 2014, the demand for managed services driven by cloud technologies had grown significantly, prompting us to transition our business model to focus on fully Managed IT Services. This shift enabled us to better predict growth and revenues streams to invest back into the business. In 2016, we rebranded to IT.ie after successfully acquiring the IT.ie domain at auction. As we continued to expand, we outgrew our premises and in 2018 bought a 6,500 sq ft facility to serve as our headquarters and dedicated helpdesk centre. Today, we have offices in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
Collectively we are ISO 27001 accredited, a Microsoft Gold partner, and a member of the Guaranteed Irish community. Individually, our team members are certified and accredited in various IT-related fields and we and we prioritise continuous training to ensure that we can effectively provide solutions to our customers in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
