Dublin, 17th September 2026 – IT.ie, a leading Irish IT managed services company, today announces an investment of €3.5M in the creation of 50 new jobs over the next three years. The announcement coincides with the opening of IT.ie’s new HQ, located in Dublin’s Airport Logistics Park, where it will target further organic growth through expanded cybersecurity, compliance and AI-enabled technology services.
Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance are critical priorities for organisations today, while the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence creates both new opportunities and emerging security challenges. IT.ie’s expanded team and premises will enable IT.ie to help enterprises to navigate the increasingly complex technology, cybersecurity and compliance requirements that come with today’s AI-first business landscape.
By the numbers
The expansion will see IT.ie grow organically from its current workforce of 60 people to 110 by year-end 2029, with new roles spanning technology, sales, marketing, finance and service delivery. The company is targeting turnover of €20M million over the same timeframe, up from approximately €11 million currently.
As part of its growth plans, IT.ie has moved to a new 12,000 sq. ft. headquarters at Dublin Airport Logistics Park. The facility will provide additional capacity for its expanding workforce and support the company’s plans to grow its customer base in Ireland. Strategically located at Dublin Airport Logistics Park, it provides access to key transport and logistics infrastructure while creating a modern working environment for IT.ie’s growing team.
The announcement follows IT.ie’s acquisition of Abacus Systems in 2025. The integration of the two businesses is now complete with the combined company operating under the unified IT.ie brand. The acquisition has added further expertise in highly regulated and compliance-focused sectors and forms part of IT.ie’s strategy to strengthen its cybersecurity and compliance offering.
The company says its ambitions will position it for its next phase of growth, which may include further acquisitions.
